Phase 3 · 2028–2029
The Manufacturing Campus
A for-profit division that fabricates modules, printed components and robotic building systems for sale — and doubles as the Center’s live apprenticeship production floor.
Phase 3 · commercial launch 2028–2029
A Maryland plant that builds what the Center teaches
Regional developers now buy modules from out-of-state or overseas factories. The Manufacturing Campus is a for-profit division that keeps that spend local, sells to developers and housing authorities, and gives graduates paid production jobs. H&H’s own pipeline is the anchor customer.
| Product line | What it is | Buyers | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| VMC module sales | Factory-fabricated, fully fitted modules sold direct to developers. | Developers, general contractors | |
| 3D-printed wall & foundation systems | Printed wall systems, foundations and building elements. | Developers, general contractors | |
| Contract manufacturing runs | Build-to-spec production for public agency and large-developer projects. | Housing authorities, institutions | |
| AI design & digital-twin engineering | Generative design and digital-twin services sold alongside manufacturing. | Developers, architects | |
| IP licensing & regional replication | Licensing the Plant’s production model to future replication sites. | Other regions, JV partners | Ask about licensing |
